User Autonomy: The User acknowledges acting under their sole and full responsibility. Any investment decision made on the basis of analyses generated by the Platform's AI is at the User's exclusive discretion.

Article 5: Responsibility and Force Majeure

BlizzerdPro disclaims all liability for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of its Services. The Editor's liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or failure of third-party telecommunication networks.

Article 6: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is subject to French Law. Any dispute relating to its execution or interpretation will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
